The Advisory Committee supervises voluntarily the execution of the study phase and contributes to the definition of the future Corporate Funding Association, thanks to its vast experience in the regulatory, banking and corporate areas. It is composed publicly of 7 members:
Christian de Boissieu is an economist and the author of several books dealing, among others, with monetary issues, banking and financial techniques. In addition to several official responsibilities, he is a Professor at the University of Paris Panthéon Sorbonne, where he teaches banking and finance.
Jean Cedelle, independent advisor, has been a civil servant at the department of Finance before holding various senior banking positions at Crédit Lyonnais and Crédit Agricole
Emmanuel Hau acted as CFO and then Deputy CEO of Electricité de France before joining SNCF in the same capacity. He was appointed member of the Advisory Board of Compagnie Financière E. de Rothschild in 2000. He is a Board Member of STEF-TFE.
Gérard de La Martinière, former General Secretary of Commission des Opérations de Bourse. He acted as CFO and member of the Executive Board of AXA as well as Chairman of the French and European Insurance Federations. He chairs the Finance Commission of the Confederation of French Industry and serves as a Board Member of L’Air Liquide and Schneider Electric.
François Poncet has been acting as Managing Director of Sonepar Group in charge of Finance since 2004. He was formerly Finance Director. He started his financial career within L’Oreal and Dewavrin Group.
Didier Ribadeau-Dumas, independent advisor, was a senior civil officer then banker before heading for 20 years the Bank/Insurance practice of the Boston Consulting Group in Paris. He is also a Board Member of La Banque Postale and ABC Arbitrage.
François Schlumberger is acting as Secretary to the Advisory Committee. He was formerly Group Treasurer of PSA Peugeot Citroën as well as Chairman of the French association of Corporate Treasurers (AFTE). He is today active as a consultant.
